The Harvey Ambulance Service was formed in 1971.  Our service area has grown to approximately 1,009 square miles and we serve approximately 4,500 people.  We respond to fourteen townships which include the areas of Drake, Anamoose, Martin, Selz, Esmond and Harvey.  Our service is BLS, (Basic Life Support) with ALS, (Advanced Life Support) capabilities where we provide intercepts and mutual aid services to the surrounding ambulance services.  We provide St. Aloisius Hospital with interfacility transports to Minot, Bismarck, Fargo and occasionally further advanced treatment centers.
